The retreat follows a gentle, unhurried flow with afternoon group discussions and plenty of built-in time to pause, reflect, and spend meaningful one-on-one time with God. Sessions may include praise and worship, personal testimonies, faith-based teachings, guided reflection, and intentional moments of stillness. Each retreat also offers optional activities and a guided H.O.P.E. Walk, inviting you to walk with purpose and reflection aligned with the weekend’s theme.
