DISC Assessments

We can provide a biblical or classic DISC assessment to learn which of the 4 typical behavior styles make up your team. We also can do a presentation to break down how better to communicate by understanding yourself, understanding others, and adapting behavior to blend as one unit. There are additional reports available, such as: collaborations, team dynamics, and graphs. The Team Wheel is especially helpful in seeing where each team member falls and where you might want to focus your next hire in building out a well-rounded team. Loadstar Guidance

There are 48-character principal lessons with provided handouts. We have a biblical or classic version. You can purchase a stand-alone culture assessment for your organization, Lodestar Guidance Principle packages that fit your greatest need (with optional use of Kelly as a facilitator), or the Lodestar Guidance Coaching program that includes the assessment and principle packages.  The coaching program is especially helpful as it also puts leadership in Mastermind Sessions with other business owners that tackles challenges faced by entrepreneurs.  Walking your team through Lodestar Guidance brings everyone into unity to work together towards collective goals. Peer Mastermind groups

You grow as big as your environment. We put you in peer groups that help challenge you to be the best version you can be. Brainstorm, learn tricks of the trade, and develop relationships with those who understand your situation. These groups are purposefully kept to no more than 10 participants, so each person has time to share. They are designed to be interactive and not a setting where you are only being spoke to.
